Construction Update
As at late 2009 many residents have completed their new homes and occupied a significant number of the first 45 lots sold and serviced.  Many other beautiful country homes are nearing completion.


Block Availability
There are no lots left for sale in first release of 45 lots. An occasional re-sale has been available from time to time and have sold quite quickly. 


New Release Opportunity
During 2010 there have been several small releases of new lots which have been quickly absorbed by the market at prices ranging from $310K to $385K. In total nineteen new lots are presently being prepared for settlement with civil works underway – hopefully the new owners will have their properties by the end of 2010.

The general nature of the land in the new release is gently undulating with parklike tree cover – it is a lovely area in the overall project. Please be reminded that Jiparu represents the nearest small acre zoned land to the ACT Border on the Barton Highway. You really should contact the selling agents so as to be recorded for early contact re purchase opportunity in the new release. The release is anticipated within months.
